It was a stabbing pain started suddenly at the central of the chest and not radiated elsewhere, associated with breathlessness, sadness but no palpitaion. The pain was aggravated by "something" and there were no relieving factors.... Diagnosis was...???
This was what happened to me when my little "not secretly kept" secret got broken, and i didn't know what i could do to relieve it, maybe i could make myself busy and think of something else, this is the only thing i can do so far...
It's ok. I still can cope, no investigation or treatment needed.
